Manage the implementation and development of all hospitality related applications
Manage, develop and lead technical teams in support of hospitality applications to achieve quality and timely deliverables.
Collaborate with management and users for successful deployment of the projects.
Provide resource and consulting support to relevant business projects
Vendor management ensuring open and transparent relationship that clearly defines the preferential status and demonstrates beneficial services and commercials.
Collect the strategic requirement from the business with infrastructure and application teams to identify future initiatives.
Assist in interfacing with key IT teams focusing on compliance, business continuity and disaster recovery
Successfully manage a team within the applications group to deliver great results.
Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science or IT related disciplines.
At least 5 years working experience in project coordination, user support and system maintenance.
Good communication skills in both English & Chinese.
Experience of Managing the Tier 2 support team to success against day-to-day objectives for issue resolution and long-term goals for continuous improvement.
Knowledge and experience in POS, CRM, HR, Finance, Procurement, OA system will be a definite advantage.
Hand on experience in manages the servers, routers, switches, firewall, AP and all other network peripheral.
Knowledge in Programming and Database.
