Technical Support

工作職責:

  • Provide on-site support, installation and problem troubleshooting on desktop, laptop, printer and peripherals.
  • Work directly with users and ensure high quality services and satisfaction at all times.
  • Conduct users training, either in classroom or individual.
  • Monitor Network and Systems usage and security.
  • Apply Software Upgrades (under specific instructions and coordination).
  • Ensure daily and routine procedures, namely Backup and Recovery, Log Monitoring and others related with information safety and integrity.
  • Systems and Network problems analysis and resolution (if necessary with escalation and background technical expert assistance).

工作要求:

  • High Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines;
  • At least two years in Networking administrative experience 
  • Certificate in CCNP, MCSE or above would be more in advanced.
  • Familiar with MS products.
