Bari-Uma
Founded in Hiroshima in 2003, Bari-Uma is the largest ramen chain in Hiroshima with over 30 branches in Japan, and is rapidly expanding into neighboring countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau. It is well-known for its secretly formulated ultra-rich pork bone broth imported directly from Japan to ensure quality and flavor consistency. Bari-Uma’s signatures also include flame-grilled thick-cut slow-cooked chashu as well as home-made ramen that customers can choose their desired firmness.
